Tickets are officially on sale for our (re)Opening Night at the Tecumseh Theater, along with our monthly variety show series, “Live From Tuesday Creek,” on June 6th. We can’t wait to see our grand stage come back to life for the first time since 1960.

Our June 6th performance will feature live music from The Laughing Chimes, Brian Harnetty, Michael Boley, Megan Bee, and more!

“Shawnee and the Little Cities of Black Diamonds/Little Cities of the Forest microregion is made up of two historically coal impacted watersheds: Sunday and Monday Creeks, which is also the footprint of the Athens Unit of the Wayne National Forest. Tuesday Creek exists in our imagination as a way to share our story, past, present and future as part of working to rebuild our culture and economy this time around. A mini play within the monthly show will be titled ”This Time Around,” a series with episodes during the “Live from Tuesday Creek” event each month with characters and the community of Tuesday that we hope audiences will come to know and love over time.” -JW
